Rapid Assembly with Less Mess and Disruption
Modular building components are pre-engineered for simple assembly. No dust from sawing, grinding, or welding, and less disruption within your facility.
Factory Controlled Quality
Modular building components are manufactured for rigid tolerances and are inspected before shipment. Project quality is not dependent on a construction contractor.
Significant Tax Advantages
As equipment, modular offices and other pre-engineered structures can be depreciated over 7 years, compared to permanent construction, which must be depreciated over 39 years. In addition, many projects can be expensed immediately in accordance with Section 179 of the IRC. These tax advantages can mean significant savings.*
